All clay K Jewelry pieces are handcrafted and assembled by Sylvia in her home studio in Niagara, ON.

K RE-Fashioned pieces are also all hand made from sustainably sourced or up-cycled materials; delving deep into textile development, using up-cycling as a chance to revive fabrics.

Polymer clay is a form of modelling clay. It’s delicate in nature and is a flexible material when cured. And is super lightweight! Earrings typically weigh about 3grams each! Clay can sometimes show little imperfections after firing like slight colour variations, tiny marks, and very small bubbles - although we try our best to avoid these issues; it is the nature of handmade and that guarantees you a truly unique piece.

Store your earrings away from other metal jewelry to avoid scratching. Polymer clay will not break if dropped but can break if you bend the parts. Please handle your jewelry carefully.

Makeup or other dirt can be removed from clay by using a gentle dish soap, makeup wipes or cotton and alcohol. Be sure to dry your pieces really well after cleaning.

All earring posts are hypoallergenic, stainless steel (nickel-free).

We recommend Ketoora jewelry not be worn when swimming or in the shower. Perfumes or lotions should not be used directly on the jewelry. Sterling silver and brass can tarnish due to being exposed to air so the best way to keep jewelry clean and from tarnishing is to store it in the bag it comes in. You can also use a jewelry polishing cloth to wipe down the metal parts after each wear to maintain appearance or polish vigorously to remove accumulated platina.

Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and shipped. For wholesale orders, the processing time is 7 to 15 business days.

Delivery via Canada Post (7 TO 15 DAYS) or UPS in 48h. If you have any special requests, please send a message. All items come packaged securely - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your parcel ships. If the item(s) arrives damaged let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement.

We accept returns and exchanges of new and unused products within 14 business days from the date you received your order. Please connect with us to initiate a return authorization prior to mailing your items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable.
